Yoga

Xavi is a yoga teacher qualified in Vinyasa Flow. However, in his practice for more than 15 years, he has been training in different styles, from Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Dharma Mittra, Rocket Yoga and to Power Yoga, making his teaching a wide variety of classes adapted to the needs of his students. His more than 40 years of teaching experiences in other disciplines, like dance, acrobatics and Martial Arts, give him a comprehensive understanding of the demands of the body and the mind.

 

Xavi's yoga classes are centred on the importance of breathing to foster a connection and create space in the body and mind through asana (posture) practice. He is dedicated to adapting his classes to his students' individual levels and needs: hip release, chest/shoulder opening, stretching, strength, cardio, relaxation, flow, holding poses, or other specific focuses.

Xavi also specialise in guiding athletes, office workers, singers, musicians, and dancers.
